I Could Have Danced All Night...

The door opens and Jack's face appears. Upon seeing everyone there, he mutters what can only be obscenities to himself, and slinks into the room. Taking long strides across the room he avoids looking at everyone there until he reaches the message board. Jack takes out a sheaf of paper, tacks it to the board, turns around and blurts, "Don't judge me!". He then immediately exits the room.

The paper reads:

You say to yourself, "I can't dance!". Well, I assure you sirs and madams that that is not true!
Please, join me in the fine art of dancing at 11am before the Masque. All are welcome to learn the basics of the waltz and ballroom etiquette with me, Professor Graftanimus. Partners are suggested but not required. It is highly suggested to bring comfortable foot wear with a flexible arch. Boots are definitely frowned upon in this case.

This event is free to attend and open to the public, and barring unusual circumstances, the venue will be at the tavern.

Just before Jack reaches the door to make good his getaway, Miss West looks up from her tea, smiles broadly and says, "Why, Mr. Graft, you have just made my day."

Emily peruses the notice.

"Hmm...'flexible soles'? What are we going to be doing, that new Loreard dance all the pretty girls in pink tights are doing?" She laughs to herself. "Looks like I'll be digging through the barracks looking for dancing shoes. See you all in a month. Ha ha."

She turns and walks away, humming under her breath.

After scanning the notice, Molly wandered off, mumbling something dreamily about "real dancing!"
