Listen Mordecai, we can either rent a Germanic nation OR buy the Shunned house and lets be honest my option is cheaper. So we don't need your wildly impractical ideas getting everyone's hopes up! (Because getting 900 people to rent a country is so much more practical!)

Actually, this option is only a few blocks from my dorm. So, from where I'm standing, it's much more convenient. Maybe we can rent out the Atheneum (favorite library of Lovecraft and Poe) for an few grand more.

Baker... it's renting.. a country, they'll even rename streets for us! Or you could live in some crazy haunted house and start talking in french all crazy like... personally I'll be on the corner of Anton lane and Anton street...
