I agree with James. Will this event be in the air conditioned inside or outside like a BBQ? My current costume was manufactered during the cold months of this game....
Secondly, what kind of drinks are we supposed/allowed to bring? if so I`d be willing to provide cups and beverage.

Inside mostly, with some outdoor space for sparring or whatever. There should be AC........ that's being worked on this week. (extra frustration here.)

Can't say about drinks - it's not my party, but don't bother bringing cups (or plates/bowls/silverware). The common house has loads of the non-disposable variety that we can use, which is a good thing.

Being as how we at LE are fans of things like "Players With Both Eyes and No Broken Bones," alcohol will not be permitted at the event. Sparring will be encouraged for fun and profit, but it will be purely voluntary. Nonetheless, drunked boffer fighting is...an insurance hazard...

Coming from someone who has been involved in drunken boffing more often than he should admit, it's not worth it. A tavern night of teetotaling will be better for everyone!

No problem. Just didn`t want to show up empty handed, or bring/not bring something I was/wasn`t supposed to bring. Alrighty, this all sounds like fun, hope to see you all there!

Oh, I should probably add that (besides the fact that it just SOUNDS wrong) I do not condone drunken boffing. Nor underage drinking. Or other bad things.
