July Tavern...Event

So those charming folks at Camelot have once again volunteered their grounds for our usage. July 16th will see some form of In Game Lost Eidolons event. This will likely be a Tavern Night, and we may include a brief foray or two into a bit of plot.

What are the times for this event, as it is closer to the date? Should we bring food? How does this work (having never been to one)?

Also (as it would be my first): do people dress up? Craft? Not dress-up? Is it pot-luck style? Do we hit each other? Who went to the last one that can give me a few pointers/tell me what happened?

We all come in costume, and the event is considered in game. If it follows the same pattern as the previous two, there is no combat with exception of sparring in a specific room (but that is by choice only). We all usually bring some snacks, drinks, and the like for the most part lighter stuff and deserts.

The previous one functioned as a "in game get together" mostly alot of talking politics, recent events, theories, plans, general lighter conversation too of course.

Do some skills work there? Like answered Research from March or something?

This isn't an actual event so in game skills do not work and we won't get research or CP or anything like that. It's more a chance for all of us to meet in character and RP with each other and the NPCs who show.

I have heard rumors of some plot and/or mini-mods at this particular tavern thing, but we'll all have to wait to see.

I do think, especially if this is going to be more of an afternoon thing as it is currently scheduled to be, that we might want to put together a more comprehensive potluck dinner. Camelot has both cooking and grilling capabilities we can use if there is interest.

O.o A mini mod?!? Ooooh sounds like fun! I'll come over-prepared just in case! I'll also try to bring a little something for the pot-luck bit.
