Anyone who would like to get their boffer on is encouraged to bring their weapons (including firearms) for some sparring and "target practice," but no game effects will be used.

I'll be bringing a few fabric 'bins' with me, filled with tons of random fabrics, patterns, thread, ribbon, and the like. Please help me to find new homes for some of the contents therein (by taking it with you)!

Donations of trade or $ are appreciated, but not required in the slightest. 8-)

I will absolutely relieve you of some of your delightful fabric! And I will trade or donate also, but probably not at the actual event. We'll be in touch, though! Sound cool?

The common house is available for LE stuff pretty much all afternoon.
If people want, we can gather before Tavern Night for fabric swapping or hanging out out of character. If it's nice out, we can even swim.

Let me know.

Indeed, what time would you prefer for pre-tavern night hanging out time?

Well, tavern night starts at 4, so how about 1pm for socialising/swimming/whatnot.

We've got plenty of places to change in the common house, so that shouldn't be an issue.
And I guess it is time to start thinking about the pot luck. I'll start a thread in the OOG forms for that.

T.T Deadbolt would sink in the pool.

But fabric?? I definitely wouldn't mind taking some of that off your hands. :D

If people are interested, I'd be up for "running"/keepering a game of Mansions of Madness before the tavern night, which is a boardgame race to find clues in a old mansion, set in the Cthulhu setting.

Re: July Tavern...Event - Now with directions.

Postby Ettie Byram » Fri Jul 15, 2011 10:21 am

Camelot Cohousing
69 Village Court
Berlin, MA

Take 495 to exit 26
Turn left on route 62 west.
Berlin Farms will be on your right in a large white barn.
Take the left up the hill across from Berlin Farms. There is a sign for Orchard Hill Equestrian Center.
Go past the horse farm and take you second right onto Village Lane.

Follow Village Lane staying to the right (it will become Village Court), until it curves left around a retention pond. Ahead of you is the common house, where the Tavern Night will be held.

Please park in the visitor parking spaces before the dumpsters, or along the right side of Village Court and Village Lane, as you come in. Please do not park in any other locations, as those are resident spaces, and you will make my neighbors pissy with me. Also, don't park the RV in, please; it belong to a guest of a neighbor, and they may need to access it or drive the truck it is attached to.

A GPS will get you there no problem, but if you have an older GPS, you should use 46 Sawyer Hill Rd, Berlin MA. This will get you to the entrance of Village Lane. Follow the directions above from there.
